It is brand new in its original packaging as I bought this for my car and then decided to buy a new car before fitting this stylish steering wheel NOTE: THIS STEERING WHEEL HAS NEVER BEEN USED AND IS BRAND NEW Bought this for my MK4 Polo and will also fit MK3 Golf. May fit other makes and models but I am not sure of these It is 6x70 PCD Stud Pattern
